Engineering Costs
Before you begin building with panels, you'll need to ensure they can hold the load. Our engineering services will create a SIP plan to ensure you are building a safe structure. Plan to add $750 - $2000.
Estimated Panel Modifications / Pre-cutting
In most cases, you'll want your panels to come pre-cut for windows, doors, roof lines and electrical chases. This typically adds 6-8% to your costs.
Shipping
Delivery costs vary based on distance, but we'll include the fee in our comprehensive quote.
Construction Materials
Some materials are not included with your order, but you may choose to use them, including screws, epanding foam and SIP tape. Our professionals can help you decide if you need them.
