Starting a SIP project? Here's the additional costs you'll want to consider:
Unless you are ordering blank panels, there are additional costs to consider in your pricing to ensure your panels are as easy as possible to assemble. For a more exact quote, reach out using the form on the right.
- Engineering - Before you begin building with panels, you'll need to ensure they can hold the load. Our engineering services will create a SIP plan to ensure you are building a safe structure. Plan to add $750 - $2000.
- Panel Modifications / Pre-cutting - In most cases, you'll want your panels to come pre-cut for windows, doors, roof lines and electrical chases. This typically adds 6-8% to your costs.
- Construction Materials Not Included - Some materials are not included with your order, but you may choose to use them, including screws, epanding foam and SIP tape. Our professionals can help you decide if you need them.

Our location along I-81, I-77, and I-64 allows for faster delivery and competitive shipping rates in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.
While clients outside these states may find our shipping prices higher, our overall costs may still be lower than many of our competitors.
