The old Prices Fork Elementary School in Blacksburg had been sitting empty for years. Our sister company, Taylor Hollow Construction, saw what it could become. Today the building houses sixteen apartments for residents 55 and older, Moon Hollow Brewing, Millstone Kitchen (a commercial incubator with a community meal program for low-income residents), and Featherbone Provisions. The school did not get torn down. It became a neighborhood again.

Phase III was where ACME Panel came in.
